Chamomile is often used in aromatherapy to calm nerves, relieve stress, and aid sleep. In addition to giving this bar a wonderfully relaxing scent, chamomile is also very good for your skin. It is often used as a wash for wounds and insect bites. Our ground oats also help soothe skin as it gently polishes.

This bar smells delicious and even though you may be tempted to eat it, we ask that you refrain some doing so.
