I personally was never a lemongrass fan. In fact, when I opened my first bottle of lemongrass essential oil, I took one whiff and thought the scent was broken. Yes, it smelled -that- terrible to me. I couldnt imagine anyone wanting to smell like that! But after working with it for the last few years, it has really grown on me. Now our lemongrass soaps are some of my favorites!

Lemongrass is a staple in Eastern medicine because it is said to stimulate all the body's systems while removing nervous tensions. It is quite uplifting and its oil is known to tighten and refine lackluster skin.

To this we add coconut oil, resulting in a wonderful fragrance. Coconut oil is an excellent moisturizer and is used in India and Sri Lanka as a hair styling product. It is also used to cool and soothe the head, relieving stress.
